Project description:

As part of this project, the roof of a 3,000 m² production hall was insulated using Bauter technology. The aim of the work was to improve the energy efficiency of the building and to significantly reduce the heating of the roof surface and interior.

results:

Roof temperature:

  • Before insulation: The roof surface warmed up to 46°C.
  • After Bauter coating: The temperature dropped to 28°C.
  • Temperature difference between insulated and uninsulated roof: 18°C

Internal temperature:

  • Before insulation: The internal temperature was 35° C.
  • After insulation: The temperature dropped to 25°C, which means a reduction of 10°C.

Additional information:

A thermal imaging camera was used to verify the results, which confirmed the effectiveness of the measures taken.

The project contributed to improving thermal comfort in the building and reducing energy consumption for cooling.
