Project description:

As part of this project, the thermal insulation of the façade of an office building was carried out using ThermIQ Outside technology. The aim was to reduce the heating of the building façade and thus improve thermal comfort in the interior.

results:

• Temperature of the ThermIQ-coated façade: 28.6°C (close to ambient temperature)
• Temperature of the façade of a neighboring, uninsulated building: 46.8°C
• Temperature difference between insulated and uninsulated façade: 18.2°C

Conclusion:

The use of ThermIQ Outside coating has significantly reduced the heating of the building façade. This resulted in a reduction in indoor temperatures and less reliance on air conditioning systems, improving both the comfort and energy efficiency of the building.
